For over 8 years, I have served as the Marketing and Business Growth Consultant for DFA, the Accredited German Institute in Cairo, leading strategic initiatives across marketing, business development, and brand growth. My role covered the full marketing spectrum, from social media marketing and content planning to broader marketing mix discussions, including pricing strategy, product development, offer positioning, and aligning educational services with the real needs, expectations, and pain points of target personas.
My contribution extended beyond campaign execution into business growth and expansion strategy. I played a key role in supporting DFA’s transformation from a language institute into a broader education brand with two additional business branches: DFA School of Business and DFA Publishing. This expansion required a more advanced brand and marketing vision, including staffing planning, program structuring, bundle offer development, and refining the customer value proposition to match evolving market demand.
In parallel, I contributed to the adoption of AI across multiple marketing processes, helping improve efficiency, increase productivity, and accelerate content and communication workflows. Another major focus area was responding to shifts in consumer behavior and audience expectations. Through strong alignment between sales and marketing, we optimized the customer journey and refined marketing communications across every key touchpoint, from the website and social media channels to the learning experience itself, ensuring a more cohesive and conversion-focused brand experience.
As a result, DFA Accredited German Institute has become the number one destination in Egypt for learners aiming to achieve C1 level in the German language, offering both online and offline courses delivered by native and certified instructors.
