What I did

The journey began with a strategic personal branding consultancy for Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in real estate sales training in Egypt and the creator of the “Sales to the Subconscious Mind” concept. From that strong strategic foundation, Growth Engine was launched as a high-impact training brand and a leading platform for professionals seeking to enhance their sales performance across multiple industries.

I led the end-to-end marketing communications strategy and supervised all paid and organic marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. My role extended across the full marketing ecosystem, including website development, brand building, content planning, digital reputation management, and strengthening the online presence of both Growth Engine and Dr. Ahmed Khalifa. The objective was to build a powerful brand identity, develop compelling training products, and scale the brand’s digital presence to a highly competitive level.

By combining strategic brand development, performance marketing, content direction, and reputation management, Growth Engine evolved into a trusted and influential brand with a highly engaged audience and strong commercial impact. The brand was positioned not only as a training provider, but as a market-leading sales education platform with a clear voice, loyal community, and measurable business growth.

As a result, the business achieved measurable and sustained outcomes:
